IMPORTANT NEWS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!! Firstly, thank you to all of our friends all over the globe who supports us! We love and appreciate you greatly! Our goal has always been to be able to ship our bearings to spin fam all over the world reliably and for an affordable price. We usually put the value of your packages under $10 so to avoid those pesky customs fees. We use Globegistics as a third party carrier and for the most part they have been extremely reliable. Very recently, they lost 2 of our packages going to clients out of country valued at over $100. One label was printed as $5 value, the other 10. After showing them proof of what the clients paid us, they only want to reimburse us $15 for over 120 dollars worth of merchandise they lost. Currently we are fighting them for this because we are forced to reship the client their order again and lose out on value for something they lost. Thankfully this doesn't happen too often at all, but going forward as of today, we will be forced to add the exact value of your purchase to the customs list. This way if they lose a package they will have to return to use the full cost of the items. We do understand that this may very well cause extra custom fees and we are truly sorry for this. Now, with that being said, if any International client wishes for us to put the reduced value to avoid customs fees, you will do so at your own risk as we will NOT be responsible for a a refund if your package is lost. We will leave that choice up to YOU. We hope that you understand our position on this matter. We only hope for our clients to get their packages safely and quickly.
